Surgery Cost
The approximate cost of penile skin inversion vaginoplasty is INR 300,000 (approximately USD 3,263).
The surgery cost includes:
- Surgeon’s charges
- Anesthetist’s charges
- Medicines and consumables used during surgery
- 4 nights of hospital stay (Extension of stay will be charged at USD 45 per day)
- Dedicated staff for post-surgery care
Additional Costs (Not Included in Surgery Package):
- Pre-surgery investigations: approximately USD 76
- Post-discharge medicines: approximately USD 27
- Silicone dilators: approximately USD 87
Post-Surgery Recovery & Stay
- You can start walking from day 2 after surgery.
- A urinary catheter will be placed and is usually removed on day 10.
- After discharge, you may stay at a nearby hotel and visit the hospital on day 10 for catheter removal.
- We will arrange pickup and drop from the hotel to the hospital for catheter removal.
- We recommend planning a stay of at least 15 to 18 days in India.
Documents Required for Surgery
- A psychiatrist evaluation letter (GID certificate) is required.
- An affidavit is also required.
- The affidavit will be arranged once you arrive in India.
Laser hair removal is not required for surgery.
