For SRS, it is recommended to finish psychiatric appointment and hormonal treatment at least 6 months. But hormonal medication must be stopped at least 2 weeks before the surgery. Then get an approval certificate from the doctor for surgery.
Please be reminded that the patient still need to pass 2 psychiatrists here in Thailand even if he/she already pass in his/her country. For premedical processing, the patient needs to come earlier at least 4-5 days in preparation and should plan time to stay in Thailand for about 3 weeks to a month after surgery. This is to make sure that they are well attended and completely healed before going home.
