Heard back from the Okayama Hospital. They confirmed there’s a two-year waiting list, but didn’t indicate exactly how to get on to that list. I imagine I’d have to call or visit them to do so.
I also asked if they knew of any other hospitals or clinics that offer SRS. Here’s the link they sent: https://www.gid-portal.com/gid/doctor.html. They also sent a second link, but it didn’t work... 🤷
